2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 115(2), 352, 318(4), 61(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) of the BNS, registered in connection with Madhepura P.S.Case No. 1338 of 2024.
3. The allegation against the petitioners is that based on the forged and fabricated documents, they attempted to grab the land of the informant. On protest, they abused and assaulted the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner nos.3 and 4 had purchased that land from Sudarshan Kumar Singh through a registered sale deed and petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are the attesting witnesses of the sale deed.

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has submitted that actually the land in dispute belongs to the mother of the informant and paternal uncle of the informant claiming to be the owner of the land, executed the sale deed in favour of the petitioner nos. 3 and 4. The learned counsel has also submitted that Sudashan Kumar Singh has also applied for anticipatory bail and the matter was referred to the mediation centre.
6. So far as the petitioners are concerned, they appear to be the bona fide purchaser and the attesting witnesses of the sale deed.
7. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
