The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that one suspected stolen Hero Honda Splender Motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that actually the motorcycle was recovered from the flank of the road and only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33104 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 214 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bettiah, West Champaran.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
