Aliganj, Jamui for payment.

This Court finds that since the grievance of the petitioner has now stood redressed, there is no need of keeping the present case pending, hence the present writ petition stands disposed off, however with a direction to the Treasury Officer, Jamui to make payment of the pension amount within a period of two weeks from today, failing which he shall not draw his
