IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA

Versus

1. The State of Bihar

3. The Divisional Forest Officer, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga

4. The Conservative Forest Officer, Muzaffarpur Anchal, Muzaffarpur, DistrictMuzaffarpur .... .... Respondents =========================================================== Appearance :

For the Appellant/s : Mr. Prabhas Ranjan For the Respondent/s : Mr. Kaushan Kr. Jha, A.A.G. - 14 =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH and HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. NILU AGRAWAL ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH) Date: 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the State.

We find no reason to interfere with the order of learned Single Judge. The appellant apparently had a licensed Saw Mill. The petitioner did not seek renewal of his Saw Mill license after 1999. Now, when the seniority list of Saw Mills was being made in the year 2011, he applied for its renewal after a gap of over 10 years.

His grievance is that his renewal application has

Patna High Court LPA No.1430 of 2012 dt.18-08-2015 neither been rejected nor his name included in the seniority list nor he has been communicated with any reason for the same. In our view, nothing is required to be done. By not seeking renewal of his license after 1999, his Saw Mill was dead and buried. There is no question of figuring in the seniority list or renewal after 10 years.

This appeal is, therefore, devoid of merit, and is dismissed accordingly.
