Writ application is disposed of in terms of the order and direction passed in LPA No. 1216 of 2015, arising out of CWJC No. 8308 of 2015, decided on 7.7.22015. A copy of the said order is annexed as Annexure-11.

The stand of the petitioner is that his case falls within the realm of the adjudication made by the Division Bench. Therefore, his case should also be considered whitish the parameters of the direction given by the Division Bench.
