2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra O.P.) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 326, 436, 307 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the informant received an information that some unknown persons had set fire to his house, due to which, his daughters sustained serious injury.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that the name of the petitioner has figured only on the basis of suspicion. No

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65342 of 2024(4) dt.30-01-2025 2/2 one had seen the occurrence. The petitioner was also not seen in the CCTV footage and he is under custody for nearabout one year. It has also been submitted that vide order dated 02.04.2024, the court below observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charges and the charges have been framed.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Naugachia in connection with S.T. No. 529 of 2024 arising out of Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
