JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 16.01.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga in Baheri P.S. Case No.20 of 2011 by which cognizance has been taken under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.

Leave is granted.
