JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 27-11-2018 The petitioner was appointed as a Assistant Teacher on 07.02.1994 at Rajkiya Buniyadi School Abhyash Shala, Pusa, Samastipur. He alleges that under a policy decision promotion was to be granted from lower subordinate education service to subordinate education service wherein he has been discriminated against and though others junior to the petitioner have been allowed promotion, petitioner's claim has not been considered.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16417 of 2016 dt.27-11-2018 2/2 It is case of the petitioner that the Director is sitting tight over the matter and the representation of the petitioner submitted on 16.08.2016 in continuation of his earlier representation dated 08.06.2016 has not been considered or disposed off. The representation dated 16.08.2016 is Annexure 8 to the writ petition.

In view of such limited prayer, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Director (Admn.) (Primary wing) Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, respondent no. 3 to dispose off the petitioner's representation by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
