The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 323, 379, 341, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time, while the complainant alongwith his family members were at home, all the accused persons, including petitioner, came there and started abusing and assaulting them. It is further alleged that co-accused Amit Kumar took away Rs. 15,000/- cash and document relating to land of the complainant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that specific accusation of theft is against co-accused Amit Kumar. So far as these petitioners are concerned, there is no allegation of theft, rather the allegations are general and omnibus. It is further

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 391 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
