====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Benibad P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109 and 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The petitioners along with other co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the deceased on the suspicion of committing theft.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. The petitioner no. 1 is in custody since 25.03.2025 and petitioner no.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56636 of 2025(3) dt.17-10-2025 2/2 2 is in custody since 27.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the general and omnibus nature of the allegation against the petitioners, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur (East) / concerned Court below in connection with Benibad P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025.
