The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, three accused persons on the point of pistol looted a sum of Rs. 1,20,700/- being carried by the informant. The informant states that he can identify the accused person on seeing them again.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation. Referring to the order of the learned trial Court, it is submitted that the petitioner was not identified by the informant in the T.I. Parade. He is in custody since 08.07.2021 and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68547 of 2021(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 charg-sheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner was not identified by the informant in the T.I. Parade and the petitioner having remained in custody for 10 months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 96 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Araria.
