JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-03-2016 The effect of change of the category of reservation for the 'Teli' community from B.C. to E.B.C. will be prospective in nature and cannot be made retrospective. The notification in this regard has been issued in the name of the Governor on 22.04.2015 for future appointments and selection. The petitioner will derive benefit in terms of the notification but the same cannot relate back to the advertisement which is already in place.

Writ application stands dismissed.
