The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.R. No. 1713 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. In pursuance of order dated 21.08.2015, the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 appeared in the Court. After having detailed discussion with the petitioner and opposite party no. 2, it is evident that though the opposite party no. 2 is willing to go with the petitioner alongwith her 22 months child but the petitioner is absolutely recalcitrant and is not ready

At the time of hearing the petition on 21.08.2015, the petitioner had undertaken that he is ready and willing to keep the opposite party with full dignity and honour and in the light of the aforesaid undertaking, this Court had directed that no coercive steps should be taken against the petitioner but the picture which appears today is just contrary to the same.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner stands rejected.
