The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation on the order of Ram Shresth Rai coaccused Vijay Rai caused hurt to the informant by Pharsa. When son of the informant, namely, Kaleshwar Rai rushed there to rescue him then all the accused persons assaulted him. Learned cousn4el for the petitioner that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner save and except member of an unlawful assembly. Injuries are simple in nature

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23903 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Dharmendra Kumar alias Dhamendra Kumar, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, Motihari in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
