JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 The learned counsel for the University submits that the petitioner has not submitted the pension papers, hence the payment of retiral dues has not been processed. Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already submitted pension papers before the Principal, Ganga Devi Mahila College, Patna.

If that be so, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Finance Officer, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya

Patna High Court CWJC No.18523 of 2019(3) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 and submit his representation along with the pension papers, which he has submitted before the College in question, within a period of four weeks from today, whereafter the Finance Officer, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya shall process the case of the petitioner for grant of retiral dues and take appropriate action within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
