2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T.R. No. 139/2024 arising out of Barbigha (Keoti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 310/2023 dated 14.07.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 304B read with Section 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have strangulated the informant's sister to death due to non-fulfillment of demand of Rs. 2 lacs as dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59793 of 2025(2) dt.15-11-2025 2/2 this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner who is husband of the informant. The petitioner neither demanded any dowry nor tortured the informant. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner. Earlier the regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 21.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68039/2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Sheikhpura in connection with S.T.R. No. 139/2024 arising out of Barbigha (Keoti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 310/2023.

7. The application stands allowed.
