JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.03.2015 on the accusation that he was caught red handed when he took out mobile phones of informant from the dicky of his motorcycle. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of one case of similar nature but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was remanded in the above stated case on the basis of confessional statement.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
