The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ben P.S. Case No.10 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 436, 427, 354A, 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Keeping in mind the observations made by the learned Additional Sessions Judge in the last paragraph of the impugned order dated 27.04.2017 passed in A.B.P. No.545 of 2017, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
