JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 3/ 31-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State as well as counsel for the informant. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Paroo P.S. Case No.100 of 2012 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366, 363, 365 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 3rd, West, Muzaffarpur.

In the written report, there is specific allegation against the petitioner of kidnapping married daughter of the informant.

Case diary has been received. Learned APP has submitted that victim lady is still traceless. Counsel for the informant has appeared and submitted that petitioner is absconding since last six years.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
