The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that 15-20 unknown miscreants snatched mobiles, clothes and money from the labourers of the company. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 20.06.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. Their name has come merely on secret information. There is no recovery of any incriminating article
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58206 of 2019(2) dt.17-09-2019 2/2 from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have not been put on T.I.P.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.
