We have perused the order dated 02.12.2015. The direction given to the District Magistrate -cum- Collector, Siwan by the

Patna High Court LPA No.1820 of 2016(4) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 learned Single Judge to make a demarcation of the land settled in favour of the private respondents in presence of all the parties was a fair and equitable order. No interference is warranted in appeal.

Appeal is dismissed.
