Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted some reasonable time on account of pandemic of Covid-19 to ensure payment of remaining dues of Rs. 30,00,000/-.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court grants time upto 5th September, 2020 to the petitioner to ensure payment of remaining dues of Rs. 30,00,000/- failing which the interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 16.09.2019 shall be treated to have been vacated.

In the event the petitioner makes payment of the remaining dues of Rs. 30,00,000/- by 5th of September, 2020, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57384 of 2019(7) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 court below is directed to grant bail to the petitioner. With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
