JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 28-03-2017 Petitioner claims to be a public spirited person and wants the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan to be constructed in a particular land as detailed in Paragraph 1 of the writ petition. The question as to where, in what manner and how the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan is to be constructed is controlled by guidelines issued by the State Government and it is the Collector of the district concerned who is competent to take a decision in the matter.

That being so, we are not inclined to issue any mandamus in this regard. The Collector of the district concerned shall

The petitioner may represent to the Collector and it would be for the Collector to take a decision in the matter. We are not inclined to interfere into the matter. The writ petition stands disposed of.
