Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P. S. Case No. 458 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 412 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail. 4.

In the nature of allegation as alleged and the material which transpired during the course of investigation and the fact that the trial has commenced, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
