The petitioner seeks bail in Mehshi P.S. Case No. 38/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 290, 294, 354 (C) (D) of the Indian Penal Code and 66(A) (D) (E)/67 of I.T. Act.

The informant alleged that her daughter was studying in Intermediate. The petitioner and others were eve-teasing her and always passing lewd comments. The petitioner down loaded objectionable photographs of the daughter of the informant and started pressurizing her to marry.

It is submitted that there is a land dispute between the parties.

From perusal of Annexure-2 it would appear that the wife of the petitioner filed case against the informant and others.

No.33853 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajeev Kumar, 4th Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Mehshi P.S. Case No. 38/2015.
