The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 203 of 2016, registered under Sections 419, 420 and 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 06.10.2016 the informant was returning to his house along with his friend Lalu Kumar. In the way, when he reached near canal bridge then four persons, who were present with two motorcycles, stopped him and asked to give money, mobile and papers of vehicle. In the meantime, a tempo came there then they started to flee away on one motorcycle, while he caught hold one person, who disclosed his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31393 of 2017 (6) dt.30-11-2017 name as Rahul Kumar Jha. On query, Rahul Kumar Jha also disclosed the name of three persons including the petitioner as his associates, who succeeded to flee away with motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner is the student of engineering and he has falsely been implicated in this case, as Rahul Kumar Jha, who is nephew of the petitioner, has disclosed the name of this petitioner due to land dispute. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 203 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
