The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.373 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354B, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that informant's husband and father of the petitioner are full brothers. There is land dispute between the parties owing to which the present case as well as a counter case was instituted and both the cases are under investigation. It is further stated that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the foregoing submissions, in the event of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25170 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kumar Amit Manu, A.C.J.M.-II, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S.
