JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has made her claim for benefits of her employment with effect from the date of counselling, i.e., 02.06.2014. He submits that the benefits of the employment including seniority has been granted to the other two candidates who also have been selected as Higher Secondary School teachers for the different schools of that district. It is submitted that in respect of the said claim, the petitioner has made her application/representation before the District Development

Patna High Court CWJC No.15681 of 2016(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 Commissioner cum Chief Executive Officer, District Board, Sitamarhi (respondent no.4), a copy of which is Annexure 11. He submits that a direction may be given to dispose of the representation.

In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.4 to take a final decision in respect of petitioner's claim made in her representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
