The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Harnaut P.S. Case No.25 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Co-accused has disclosed the name of the petitioner in the involvement of the alleged occurrence.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
