This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 341, 342, 323, 325 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Allegation is that the informant was assaulted by closing in a room and did not pay the money for the work done by the informant and was assaulted for which he was treated. However, the injury report shows that the injury is simple and superficial.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation made under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act is not applicable. Hence, having regard to the facts and

No.35791 of 2014 (3) dt.20-04-2015 circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 31 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
