Patna High Court L.P.A No.950 of 2019 dt.24-06-2024 2/3 laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Secretary, State of Karnataka and Others vs. Umadevi reported in (2006) 4 SCC 1 and the same has not been fulfilled and it is admitted fact.

2. Order dated 13.05.2024 has not been complied by the Appellant. Learned counsel for the Appellant, on instruction, submitted that the appellant is not fulfilling the criteria laid down in the Hon'ble Supreme Court decision in the case of Secretary, State of Karnataka and Others vs. Umadevi (Cited Supra). In other words Appellant has admitted that he is not eligible to be observed or regularized.

3. Accordingly, the present appeal stands dismissed, while affirming the order of the learned Single Judge. If the Appellant has any other monetary benefits or service benefits with reference to service renderred by him and if he is entitled to with reference any policy decision of the State/concerned Respondent, he may approach the concerned authorities with material information claiming any monetary or service benefits.
