The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.28 of 2021 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 34 of the IPC & Sections 25(1-B)a/27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been made an accused solely on the basis of his own confessional statement.

Learned P.P.-in-charge opposes the bail application. This Court finds that there are other cases pending against the petitioner of similar nature. The allegation of having shot a person causing wounds and who is still under treatment, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
