2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 158 of 2021 registered for the offences under Section 379 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29094 of 2023.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59354 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S.
