The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 05-12-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47114 of 2016 to the extent of extending time for surrender, in compliance with order dated 05-12-2016.
The Court is of the opinion that once a privilege for anticipatory bail was extended with specific stipulation that the petitioner must surrender within the time fixed by this Court, after expiry of the time, there is no question to entertain any petition. The petition stands dismissed.
