2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya informs that arrears of pension have been sanctioned by the competent authority and the amount will be credited in the account of the petitioner within 12 days.

3. At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he will file a detail representation before the Registrar of the Magadh University in the light of order dated 20.06.2023 passed in CWJC No.3081 of 2023.

4. Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Registrar of the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya to make payment of all the retiral dues along with the statutory interest, as claimed in the present writ petition, within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

5. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
