2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 89 of 2025 dated 24.06.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 96 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is a nineteen year old boy, in actual, the instant matter relates to elopement and the so-called victim herself accepted her love affair with this petitioner during the course of investigation. It is further submitted that the victim left her parents' house according to her own will and after recovery, she gave her statement under Section 183 of BNSS in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56260 of 2025(3) dt.18-08-2025 2/2 which she has not supported the informant's case and in this regard, para '14' of this petition may be perused and during investigation, the victim denied to undergo medical examination. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 26.06.2025 having no criminal antecedent.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly petitioner's young age and his custody period, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Nalanda P.S.
