The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barhariya P.S. Case No. 278 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 448, 341, 323, 325, 354, 427, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(i)(X) SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Considering the fact that the postmortem report does not indicate the injuries as purported to have been described in the FIR which itself appraise the prosecution story, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41523 of 2016 (2) dt.24-10-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Barharia P.S.
