1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ petition is being filed for issuance appropriate writ/ writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the Respondent Authority for increasing the pension of the Petitioner because in the present time each and every Government employees and other who are public representative like M.L.A. and M.P. have increased the salary, allowances and pensionary benefits."
