The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No. 87 of 2016 registered under Sections 376/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation that the petitioner subjected a minor girl to rape, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
