JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 147,148, 149 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, in short, as per the written report of informant is that the petitioner and other co-accused have come to the house of cousin uncle armed with deadly weapon and caused indiscriminate fire arm injury in the stomach and fingers of relative of the informant with intention to kill. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2016. Charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be an order giver. No injury has been attributed against the

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.- IV, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S.Case No. 176 of 2015.
