====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with regard to petitioner No. 2 namely Sanjeev Kumar.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition with respect to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68637 of 2021(3) dt.05-07-2022 2/3 petitioner No. 2 is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is alleged by the informant that his minor daughter has been kidnapped for the purpose of marriage in connivance with the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioners.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that victim Puja Kumari and co-accused Sandesh Kumar were in love. The victim is major and she of her own volition and desire has gone with the coaccused Sandesh Kumar. They have performed marriage and are living happily as husband and wife. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and they have been implicated in this case only because they are family members of co-accused Sandesh Kumar. Considering the fact that petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 are ladies, let the petitioners, above named, except petitioner No. 2, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68637 of 2021(3) dt.05-07-2022 3/3 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 165 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
