Though the present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gurua PS case no. 225 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 354 (A) and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the observation made in the order dated 06.01.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. no. 16904 of 2020, whereby and whereunder the petitioner had withdrawn the anticipatory bail petition in order to enable him to surrender before the learned court below and seek regular bail, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to comply with the said order dated 06.01.2021. Liberty so sought, is granted.

No.64455 of 2022(2) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be decided on merits, without the learned court below being prejudiced by any observation made by this Court, in accordance with law, on the very same day of filing of the said bail petition.
