Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhawanipur P.S.Case No. 196 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 325, 341, 504, 447, 448, 354, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they have not allowed daughter of the informant to fetch water and threw her basket and thereafter the informant was assaulted by them. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and injuries are simple in nature.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37327 of 2018 (3) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Bhawanipur P.S.Case No. 196 of 2017, G.R.No. 2729 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
