JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 1100 kg. flower of mahua are said to have been recovered from a tempo which was being driven by the petitioner at the time of alleged recovery. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 07.06.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34402 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya (Cherki) P.S. Case No. 188 of 2015.
