23-09-2016 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Amarpur P.S. Case No. 06/2016 registered under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that the petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. The daughter has since been recovered and she has given her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. Attention of this court is drawn wherein she has clearly stated that she had gone with the petitioner with her freewill and had married. Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioner, namely, Manu Kumar Singh @ Monu Kumar Singh, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41736 of 2016 (2) dt.23-09-2016 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2016, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
