01. Heard the parties.
02. The prayer made by the petitioner is as follows:- "1. (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents, concerned to produce Answer Sheet of the petitioner for National Eligibility cum entrance Test (UG), 2022 (in short NEET Exam) in original shape in Hon'ble High Court and then handed over the same to the petitioner.
(ii) For holding and declaration that answer sheet as obtained by the petitioner contained in Annexure-3 is forged manipulated and wrong and authorities of NEET Exam conducted by National Testing Agency under National Medical
Patna High Court CWJC No.14733 of 2022(2) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 Commission are liable for such criminal Act.
(iii) For issuance of further writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the higher authority to take action against the erring persons as per the law."
03. From the bare perusal of the aforesaid prayer, it is apparent that the petitioner is seeking information under the R.T.I. ,for which there is a separate Forum.
04. The writ petition under Article 226 would not be maintainable for the said purpose.
05. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to move appropriate application under the R.T.I. Act. (Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, J) Pravinkumar/- Item No. 41 U
