This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 324, 307, 379 and 147 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he caused injury with knife at the abdomen of Rohit.

The impugned order reveals that the allegation of injury at the abdomen was found corroborated by the medical report.

After hearing the parties, in my view, this is not a fit case for anticipatory bail.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 7 of 2017 pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
