JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case, petitioner is making prayer for initiation of contempt proceeding.

It appears that vide order dated 24th January 2014 passed in CWJC No. 21671 of 2012 this Court disposed of the petition with a direction to consider the case of petitioner and to pass a reasoned order. In terms of the order of this Court, claim of the petitioner has been rejected vide Memo No. 56/15 dated 12th May 2015.

In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to proceed in the matter. This petition is dismissed. However, if so

Patna High Court MJC No.3366 of 2014 (3) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 advised, petitioner may challenge the said order in appropriate forum.
