JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner with the help of two others kidnapped the minor niece of the informant and kept confined for five days and forcibly established physical relationship with her. The medical report suggests sign of rape.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there was love affair between the petitioner and the victim girl.

The aforesaid facts constitute a good ground for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a
