2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 378 of 2023, dated 19.08.2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner was remanded in the present matter from Matiyariya P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024 in which he is already on bail, as per the allegation, an unknown person took lift from the informant who was travelling on his motorcycle at the relevant time and during the course of riding bike, the pillion

No.56520 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/3 rider (accused) inflicted scissor blow on the informant's head and neck causing injuries and thereafter, as per allegation, the informant's wallet, ATM etc. were taken away by that pillion rider after committing the alleged occurrence, from this story, it is clearly evident that the informant saw the accused but even then the petitioner was not put on test identification parade before the informant after he was taken into custody in the present matter. It is further submitted that though the looted motorcycle was recovered from the possession of this petitioner but he purchased the said motorcycle from a motorcycle mechanic, residing in Ram Nagar and when he was going to Gorakhpur on the said motorcycle, he was apprehended by the police during the vehicle checking process for which Hanumanganj P.S. Case No. 129 of 2023 was registered.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly the petitioner's custody period and also completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
